Hiking to the beautiful Bodenschneid! Please familiarize yourself with the route http://www.komoot.de/tour/1365796496?ref=wtd&share_token=awWFaJghgB3qhm1dNMchavZihMQnFepqRyguql5wx289u7RSrm before joining. The hike is relaxed: approximately ⩽ 400 height meters per hour including breaks. If many hikers show up, groups can be formed depending on skill or vertical speed.
Hikers who wish to have it even more relaxed may skip all the summits after Bodenschneid. Opposed to them, hikers who are comfortable with climbing down a short (5 m high) UIAA 2 portion with a backpack and would like to challenge themselves may visit Rinnenspitz instead of circumventing it (more info on this portion: http://www.hikr.org/tour/post50706.html and http://www.outdooractive.com/de/route/wanderung/tegernsee-schliersee/kammwanderung-wasserspitz-rinnerspitz-bodenschneid/108648001/#dmdtab=oax-tab3).
Necessary:
Optional: hiking poles, head lamp, food, warm clothes (depending on the weather), gaiters (when snow lies there), snow shoes (when much snow lies there), and crampons (when there's a chance of ice there).
In case of heavy rain, heavy snow, violent wind, or thunderstorm, the hike might be canceled, modified, or moved for safety reasons. For me to drive and the hike to take place in any form, ⩾ 3 participants must show up.
I plan to drive according to http://www.google.de/maps/dir/Fürstenrieder+Str.+249,+81377+München/Kühzaglstraße+2,+83700+Rottach-Egern and pick up co-hikers along the way. The price may vary slightly depending on the number of folks in the car and the parking fees.Tidiness rules for the folks who get a ride with my car: (1) keep your dirty hiking gear (e.g., dirty boots and dirty hiking-pole tips) in bags or boxes of yours (and sit in the car in relatively clean street shoes or relatively clean flip-flops), (2) don't eat in the car unless you're starving, in which case ask the driver to stop and then eat outside, whereas everyone may drink pure water, and the driver may also sip a caffeine drink, and (3) someday – and that day may never come – I will call upon you to help me to clean the car with time or money. Other drivers may (or may not) have their own regulations concerning their cars.
