Description

This will be what I understand as trail run.  


1) That means we hike up at a fast pace without breaks. We eat/drink while hiking.

Your pace should be around 500hm/h.

2) We can take a 5-minute break at the summit.

3) Then we RUN downhill at a slow/relaxed pace. 


You do not need any trail running experience. I will adjust to your speed as long you follow the 3 points mentioned above  


You will need spikes for running in the area where the path is covered with snow.


Recommended equipment:

-Hiking poles

-torch

-gloves/hat

-hiking shoes or trail running shoes

-1 or 2 liters of water

-rain jacket/pants

-download the gps route

Attention:

Please decide by Friday evening if you really still want to participate in my trail run on Sunday.


Even if you are only on the waiting list. Please check if you still want to join the trail run, if suddenly there would still be places available. Many times 3-5 people of the waiting list will upgraded to participant a few hours before the trailrun. If that would be too late for you to join, then please leave the waiting list.


The people who leave my event on the last day (or don't show up) will be put on my private blacklist. If I see on that list that this happens regularly, then that person can’t join my trailruns anymore.
