This will be a combination of hike and trail run!!!!
We will not run up the hill.
But we will run down!!
1) That means we hike up at a fast pace without breaks. We eat/drink while hiking.
Your pace should be around 400hm/h.
2) We can take a 5-minute break at the summit.
3) Then we RUN downhill at a slow/relaxed pace.
You do not need any trail running experience. I will adjust to your speed as long you follow the 3 points mentioned above.
Spikes would be useful for running in the area where the path is covered with snow.
Recommended equipment:
-Hiking poles
-torch
-gloves/hat
-hiking shoes or trail running shoes
-1 or 2 liters of water
-rain jacket/pants
-download the gps route

Platform and meeting time can be found in the event (usually 20 min before the train leaves)
If you are late, then you need to find us on the train.
