Description
Let´s enjoy the sunny Sunday in the mountains and walk from Garmisch to Mittenwald.
Since the Partnachklamm is closed, we will walk around the gorge. AT the end of the hike we will VISIT the christmas market and drink mulled wine.
Things to bring:
- Valid ticket
- Passport/Id
- Food/drinks for the way
- Gaiters
- Dpikes

Die Bahn has operational Problems. The regular 7 o'clock and 7:30 trains seem to have been cancelled.
Since it is a long way covered with snow, starting at 8:30 would be too late. I will update the plan asap.

Update: we skip the ascend to Schachen. Then instesd of walking on Schützensteig we will take the straight path to Ferchensee.this shortcut would give us sufficient time for breaks and the mulled wine in Mitenwald.
