Description

Updated with hike starting time.

Meeting Point:  In train RB56 or at Donnersbergerbrücke. Refer train schedule below,

  • RB 56: München Donnersbergerbrücke (Platform.2 at 8:06) to Lenggries (9:11) 
  • 30 mins for Breakfast in Lenggreis (Alfred Kellner or Café Konditorei Schwarz). Incase if you want to join directly hike starting time, please feel free.
  • Bring your 49 euro ticket with you.

Expected hike duration,

  • Start of the hike at 9:45. And expected time back to train station in leggries is 17:00 Uhr.
  • Train back to Munich, Lenggries (17:17)  to München Hbf (18:32)
  • Face approximately 300/350 HM/Hr
  • Please note that, there is an additional 3 km all together compared to km stated in hike.

Things to bring:

  • Train ticket & ID card
  • Head light, Hiking shoes, clothes & sufficient water
  • Download.gpx file in advance and ready with import to your tracking app/’s. Example gpx viewer
  • First Aid Kit
  • Most importantly, a good mood 😊

Disclaimer: Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarize themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own. 

If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour.

Hi Friends, hope you all see updated description. In short summary, some are joining in 30 minutes later train. I blocked that 30 minutes for breakfast in Lenggries

You are free to decide, which train to take. Incase, if you take second train, main meeting point is Lenggries
