Are you ready for an unforgettable summer experience in the
stunning Dolomites? Let's embark on an incredible journey along Alta Via 4,
exploring picturesque trails, conquering via ferratas, and basking in
breathtaking views. 09.08.24 till 16.08.24
Requirements:
· good sense of humor, flexibility, and be a team player.
·
Have sufficient Alpine and
via ferrata experience, along with the necessary equipment.
·
Priority is given to hikers
whose skills I am personally familiar with. If we haven't hiked together
before, you may join one of my future hikes for mutual
acquaintance.

A non-refundable deposit of
100 euros is required for reservation purposes. In the event of unforeseen
circumstances preventing your participation, a refund will be granted only if a
suitable substitute is found. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable and
contributes to covering hut reservations.
Please note:
in any case you have to write me, being in list or waiting
list doesn’t mean the priorities goes with you.
Huts reservation costs are not refundable.
You should expect for half board 50-70 euro in dolomites and
without half board 30-50 euro (inc. Breakfast)
Itinerary:
Day 0:
taking train from Munich Ost to San Candido (09.08.24 @ 23:30)
Day 1: San Candido to Rifugio Locatelli (booked-5 People- 10-11.08)
Catching the first bus from San Cadido to Start our
adventure from the Alte Säge restaurant

Distance: 14.2 km / 9 miles
Enjoy a scenic hike through the forest to Rifugio Tre
Scarperi, then continue to Rifugio Locatelli, our first overnight stop.
Optional Extension Day 1: Via ferrata Torre
di Toblin For the energetic ones, an exhilarating via ferrata awaits near
Rifugio Locatelli. We shouldn’t miss this one. We can leave everything in hut
and taking our set and doing this amazing via ferreta
Day 2: Rifugio Locatelli to Rifugio Fonda Savio
Pray for good weather as we enjoy some of the best views.
Encounter the beginner-level Sentiero Bonacossa via ferrata before reaching
Rifugio Fonda Savio.
Optional Extension Day 2: Via ferrata
Merlone Don't miss the chance to tackle the Via Ferrata Merlone for a
thrilling experience.
Day 3: Rifugio Fonda Savio to Rifugio Vandelli
Start the day with via ferrata Sentiero Bonacossa, passing
through Forcella Diavolo and Forcella di Misurina. Reach Rifugio Vandelli with
its unique location near the iconic Lake Sorapiss.
Day 4: Rifugio Vandelli to Rifugio San Marco
Day 4 is a true wilderness experience with challenging via
ferratas – Alfonso Vandelli and Sentiero Carlo Minazzio. Arrive at Rifugio San
Marco for fantastic views over Mount Pelmo.
Day 5: Rifugio San Marco to Rifugio Antelao(booked-5 People- 14-15.08)
Hike and scramble on the slopes of Mount Antelao, exploring
Forcella Picolla, Rifugio Galassi, and Forcella del Ghiacciaio. End the day at
rifugio Antelao.
Night 5: Staying night Rifugio Antelao
Day 6: Rifugio Antelao to Pozzale (Exploring Venice and Journey Back to Munich )
we start early in the morning and reach the Pozzalle & Take a bus/train to Venice, savor Italian delights, and finally, travel back to
Munich by night train.
Train back to Munich 15.08.24 and we will be back in munich 16.08 before sunrise.
Alternatively, you can plan your travel yourself, e.g if you want to stay longer in italy etc.

If you decide to leave the group (go in front by yourself, or stopping for no reason), then we won’t search for you and you officially left the group, it is also the same if you don't bring required gears.
