Description

On Saturday it'll be sunny and cold - perfect for snowshoeing :)

High above Lake Thun the snowshoe trail leads from sunny Aeschiried to the foot of the Morgenberghorn. The views of the fantastic mountain backdrop and deep blue Lake Thun are spectacular.

(Taken from the source on SchweizMobil… 😉 See there for more.)

See the collection of links for more information on linktr.ee/w.brunni and also lynx.foobar.vip/w.brunni-sm for the original description on SwitzerlandMobility.

In the evening, I'll go to the restaurant "Spiezer Restaurant" in Spiez for dinner. Would be lovely, if I weren't alone — I already reserved 10 seats…

BTW: The official route goes back the exact same way we came. I'd like to avoid that and would love to go on a different route. I don't quite see how, though. If anybody has an idea — please let me know!

I was able to reserve seats in the train in the morning. In the evening, at 19:23, the train from Spiez was too full already. => No reserved seats.

The carriage will be at the end of sector C on pl. 31. The last one of the "extra" composition, in front of the "normal" part of the train. See you soon.

Just to make sure: We DO have to change in Bern. Rush over from pl. 5 to platform 6 to the IC61. The ic8 also goes to Spiez, but it would arrive too late. So... Change 😃
