Material:
- food & drink
- warm clothes
- LVS kit (and know how to use it)
- skitour stuff (ski, poles, skins, not a must:ski crampons)
- I suggest two pairs of gloves
- suncream & sunglasses
- good mood

As always: sport in the mountain is a dangerous activity, I'm not a guide or a professional person, everyone is responsible for themselves.
