Description
Please read about the T-Scale before joining. I expect you to have a steady pace.
Lot of snow expected on Friday, so might go back to Bayrischzell instead of Geitau (this depends on the snow conditions)
Weather: Sunny day, might be windy, no rain/snow expected.
Duration: 4 to 5 Hours (including breaks no huts on the way)
Travel: HBF GL 34 at 0815
Return: 1 of these 2
Good to know
Things to bring:
- proper hiking shoes;
- snow spikes;
- gaiters;
- hiking poles;
- food and water for the day, no huts on the way;
- layered clothing according to the latest weather forecast;
- GPX viewer with the route information;
- Deutschland ticket.
Optional:
- headlamps;
- first aid kit.

Dear buddies, FYI, my colleague and her Son (12 years) will be joining the hike. I am little hesitant to increase the number of participants unless somebody's interested in co organizing with me or please feel free to create a parallel event if you plan to go faster.
