Description
Not a beginner friendly hike! Please note hike might be cancelled if Marienbruke is closed (Open as now!)
The route passes by the following peaks:
- Hornburg (1172 m)
- Rohrkopf (1359 m)
- Branderschrofen (1881 m)
- Tegelbergkopf (1567 m) (Optional based on snow conditions)
Please read about the T-Scale before joining. I expect you to have a steady pace.
Weather: Sunny day, no rain/snow expected.
Duration: 7 Hours (including 30 to 60 mins break on Tegelberghaus)
Travel: HBF Platform 27 at 0720

Good to know
Things to bring:
- proper hiking shoes;
- snow spikes;
- gaiters;
- hiking poles;
- food and water for the day;
- Change of clothes for the lake:);
- layered clothing according to the latest weather forecast;
- GPX viewer with the route information;
- Deutschland ticket.
Optional:
- headlamps;
- first aid kit.
