Description
The weather seems to be pretty nice on Saturday, Let's Hike to Roßkopf via Spitzingalm.
It is an easy hike however basic fitness is required. Before Joining please check the distance and elevation gain by downloading the route details (GPX file).
There is a hut at the top, however, it's better to carry some food and water with you in case it is not open.
Good to know
Let's Meet at Munich Hbf at 9:10 am in front of Platform 34 and board RB55 to Bayerischzell scheduled at 9:30 am and get down at Fischhausen Neuhaus, Schliersee Bahnhof. From there we will take a bus 362 to Spitzingsee Kirche, Schliersee.
Things to bring:
- Deutschland Ticket with ID card;
- hiking shoes;
- appropriate clothing
- water (at least 1 l) and some food;
- good energy and stamina.
Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for themselves. Please make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. Additionally, you could download the map, and bring a cell phone and a first aid kit.
