Hi guys,

Planning a hike for Saturday. Event is subject to change and canellation depending on the weather.

The hike is 6+ hours long,  with 1000+m of elevation. We will meet at the HBF and take the 7:39 train.

Schedule:

Departure (Bergbus)

Bergbus at Pasing 8:15. I reserved 6 seats on the MVV App. People who are not on the Top 6 you might need to get your own reservations to be on the safe side (for seats). You can use the bus with the Deutschland ticket.

\

Alternate With Train

07:39 RB74: Munich HBF -> Buchloe / 7:49 or 8:47 RB74: Pasing -> Buchloe
08:22 Arrival
08:31 BRB RB77: Buchloe -> Fussen
09:39 Arrival
10:05 Bus 78: Bahnhof Fussen -> Tegelbergbahn, Schwangau
10:31 Arrival (Starting Point)

Return - Berbus
16:53 / 18:23

Return - Train
17:40 Bus 70: Neuschwanstein Castle, Schwangau -> Fussen [Every Hour]

The plan is that we will spend some time at the Alpsee at the end of the hike and relax.

Let me know if you need a Komoot link or the Hiking Buddies GPX file is already sufficient.

Spikes might be needed.

Good to know

FYI, there's the bergbus starting this weekend that goes from Pasing to Tegelbergbahn directly in 2 hours.

Hi guys, I am planning to take my miniature schnauzer dog with me for this hike. She is very friendly and hypoallergenic(meaning she will not cause any allergies to people with dog allergies). Will it be fine with you?

Hey guys, there is the "possibility" to do a Via Ferrata there (around the peak Finger). I will take my gear just in case, but a way around can easily be done as well.

Hi, I'm Mansoor. I just arrived from Berlin for some hiking. I'm new to this group, but I have experience hiking in the mountains and am familiar with various situations. Could you please guide me to the nearest parking area by the starting point? I'm currently in Munich and can offer a ride as well. Please send me a message.
