Description

The magnificent and remote Eng valley is again reachable by bus, so lets go!

Marco, the route creator has done a great job describing the tour. Click and read.

The tour can be done without the peak, which i include as optional since it has a T4 section  Who does not have done such level before, can chill for an hour outside the still closed Lamsenjochhutte

Pace will be 400hm.  Press the join button only if you are sure and not if this is your plan B.  

We will have drinks /food only at the end of the hike, hopefully at the Eng Alm.

We go with Deutschland ticket and bus which needs to be paid for the Austrian part.

Kindly remember to pack the following essentials:

  • food and drinks for the entire day
  • cash for the bus and hut
  • ID we cross borders
  • rain/sun protection according to the latest weather forecast
  • Alpenverein / mountain insurance OBLIGATORY
  • first aid kit for emergencies  OBLIGATORY
