Description
Not a Beginners Hike
Meeting Time: 07.45 (We'll board the train 15-20 mins before departure for seats)
Connection:
-Hike for approx. 5-6 hours and we'll take a break at the Hut/Restaurant if it's open.
-Return train options:

What to bring:
-DE Ticket/buy you own ticket
-Food/water for the whole day
-Hiking shoes
-Hiking poles
-Sunglasses + Sunscreen + Cap/Hat
-Rain protection (check the weather forecast)
-First aid kit (for emergencies)
-Cash for payment at the Restaurant/Hütte
-It is good to have DAV membership
-Download the GPX map file for navigation

Note: Please unjoin the event asap if you can't participate anymore. You can't drop out less than 12 hrs before the event starts. If you have to cancel beyond those 12 hours, please send me a message or leave a comment. Thanks!

Disclaimer: Hiking Buddies Munich is not a group of professional mountain guides but individuals gathering for sport activities. Each participant is responsible for her-/ himself and has to be prepared, bring suitable equipment and has to check if he meets the physical requirements. Hiking includes a certain risk and everybody is responsible for his/ her own safety. It is highly recommended having some kind of insurance in case of an incident.

There are already many people in the waiting list and i don’t want to increase the size of the group. If you want you can copy my event, organise your own hike and help the WL people join a hike. 😊

Hi Guys. I can see some participants in the main list who haven’t hiked with Hiking Buddies before. I don’t doubt about your capabilities, but just wanted to notify that this is not a beginner’s hike, it has an elevation gain of 1300m, So, decide yourself if this hike will be suitable for your fitness, if it would be too challenging, then be kind to make way for the people in the waiting list. 😊
