Pace / fitness level: Have a good fitness level (cardio on a regular basis!!) to cover 400m elevation gain / hour.

Gear
Mandatory: Hiking boots, at least 2L of water, food, crampons.
Good to have: Sun screen, sun glasses, hiking poles, gloves, warm clothes.
