The path is extremely easy and with no risk. Starting North of the cable car allows avoiding a longer walk along the road.
Nice view over Schliersee from the path and the restaurant at the goal.
A perfect start for people recovering from an injury or with young children, with a modest vertical difference and a way down which can be done by summer sledge (when the weather is dry; call (08026) 209452 for opening time and confirmation).
Obviously very busy all year long...
The easy path continues beyond to Rohnberg, where one can escape somewhat the crowds.
