Kammerlinghorn (2484m) is a beautiful peak in the Berchtesgaden Alps. Despite it being relatively high in altitude, it is easy to reach via a consistently marked path. But the length of the hike should not be underestimated.

The optional descent to the lovely Bindalm and Hirschbichl may be longer, but is still recommended. It can get slippery in wet conditions, though.

Overall, a very nice hike. In case you run out of energy on ascent, you can also stop at Karlkopf (2195), which is on the route and also offers a great view.
