Route Information
Long tour through the Ammergauer Alpen. Technically not so tough but the length requires decent stamina.
Take the train from Munich to Oberau, then continue taking bus 9606 until Abzweigung Zieglerhof (Werdenfels and Bayern ticket are valid in the bus). From endpoint Garmisch, trains leave every (half) hour to Munich until late in the evening.
Enningalm open between mid June and Mid september. Stepbergalm open between June and September
