The route goes through the following peaks offering beautiful views of Allgäu:

- Walser Hammerspitze (2,170 m)

- Oberstdorfer Hammerspitze (2,259 m)
- Höchster Schafalpenkopf (2,321 m)
- Mittlerer Schafalpenkopf (2,301 m)
- Südlicher Schafalpenkopf (2,273 m)
- Kemptnerkopf (2,193 m)
Probably the best idea is to split the tour in 3 days with overnight stay in Fiderepasshütte and Mindelheimer Hütte.
Kanzelwand ascent requires a C/D klettersteig, I found the rocks a bit slippery and smooth.
Oberstdorfer Hammerspitze ascent is T5(II) in pathless terrain.
Mindelheimer Ferrata is B/C.
