The Lacherspitz is a 1724 m high mountain in the Wendelstein area in the Mangfall mountains.

Up to the summit it is an easy mountain hike, which is not marked or signposted. However, orientation is not particularly difficult. The last meters to the summit lead over rocky steps. Sure-footedness is required here.

This easy mountain hike offers many beautiful impressions of the landscape. Especially on the descent below the Wendelstein, one becomes aware of an impressive rock scenery. If you have good eyes, you can see the Großglockner, Großvenediger and the Watzmann from the top.

Parkplatz Lacherspitz

It is also possible to start the hike from Bayrischzell, then you will have a few extra meters but can be reached with public transport.
