Starting point is the summer parking Kranzhorn, may be difficult to reach in winter with lots of snow.

Altitude difference: 490m
Easy hike on wide paths and grassland, only a bit up to the peak exposed terrain. In winter there might be a risk of avalanches. Check with local authorities!
Snowshoe hikers: For the descend you might take the east ridge. After a short passage through a small forest, you will arrive at Bubenaualm (1049m). Go on down through free grasslands to the lowest end of the Almboden. A short passage through the dense forest until you reach the forest road. Continue on this one until the parking.
