Heutal -> Gschwendteralm 1h25min
Gschwendteralm -> Hochalm 25min
Hochalm -> Sonntagshorn 2h10min
Sonntagshorn -> Heutal 2h40min
Altitude difference: 980 Hm
Up to Hochalm it is an easy forest road. Further on towards the peak wideranging snow slopes with some steeper sections. Sense of orientation helps as well as snow shoes.
