Tauern Überschreitung (Zunterkopf & Tauern) and route with start from the car park at Plansee. One or maybe even the most beautiful day hike around Munich.
In summer with a nice swim after the hike.

I did this route in summer & winter, though already this route is in summer rather medium-difficult. In winter, especial towards the end of the route, there are exposed sections where Grödel are highly recommended. Not easy route finding wise, so taking the route on a GPS device is recommended.
