Route Information
The most people in the area around Tölzer Hütte hike to the well known Schafreuter, even there are many other interesting peaks to discover in the Pre-Karwendel. Especially the ridge from Delpsjoch to Baumgartenjoch is a really nice excursion for hikers who are free from giddiness. Since there is no marked path to the top of Baumgartenjoch and no cross, you might be often alone at this peak. The ridge is very exposed to the north side but just steep on the south - not really dangerous.
