Route Information
Cima Undici (2,550 m) is quite popular destination in Marmolada group. The hike is easy and the summit offers beautiful panorama all around. In winter, you might need snowshoes depending upon the snow conditions.
Ascent: From the parking lot (no parking fee), follow the easy forest road towards Rifugio Vallaccia. In winter you might have to use the lower parking lot near ski slope. The hut is open even in winter. From the hut continue on East before turning right towards the summit ridge. If you use touring ski, you can continue all the way to the summit on ski.
Descent: Same as ascent. It's possible to rent sledges in winter at Malaga Monzoni (1,820 m).
