Wurmtaler Kopf (3,228 m) is quite popular summit with great views of Pitztal glacier and Wildspitze. You can take the cable car to Rifflsee to shorten the ascent. Skiing wise it's not a very pleasant tour as it requires a lot of flat terrain. For the last part to the summit, you can take the normal summer route.
