Route Information
Hählekopf (2,058 m) is not very famous peak in Kleinwalsertal, it doesn't even have any summit cross. However, the views are breathtaking from the summit.
Ascent: In the beginning follow the wide forest road which is very flat and sometimes goes even down. Before arriving at Alpe Melkode, leave the road and follow the DAV signs towards Ifersguntalpe. From there the DAV signs won't be present, and path bifurcates. The right one leads to Hoher Ifen. Follow the straight path to the summit and don't be confused with the track leading towards Hoher Ifen.
Descent: Descent on the South face of the summit till Schwarzwasserhütte, then follow the marked trail to the parking lot.
