Route Information
Punta Giordani (4,046 m) is one of the easiest 4000m peaks in the Alps. However, it should not be underestimated due to high altitude and conditions. The last part to the summit requires scrambling on exposed rocks.
Ascent: You can take the cable car till Stazione a monte - Funifor Passo dei Salati/Punta Indren. From there easy glacier which gets very steep after around 3,500 m altitude. Ice axe and crampons are necessary in summer. The last part to the summit requires scrambling on exposed rocks and should not be underestimated.
Descent: Same as ascent.
