Schöttelkarspitze is a 2050 m high mountain of the Soierngruppe in the Bavarian Karwendel. King Ludwig II of Bavaria had a pavilion built on its top, to which he gave the name Belvedere to take his tea at this place. The pavilion burned down at the beginning of the 20th century. [wikipedia]

This is a medium+ hike, with some scrambling. During the descent, it's also possible to swim in the lake.
