Route Information
The route starts at Gasthof Hoisen and through Hans Herlner Steig(Via Ferrata level A/B) goes up to Gmundner Hütte in the east face of Traunsee. Pyramidenkogel is reachable after a few minutes walk from the hut. The way down is a steep path in the South Face of the mountain which later turns to the Lainaubach valley and to the shore of Traunsee.
