Not a T1 hike. It is a T3.
How to get there: From Bled Lake take a local bus that goes every hour to Bohinj Ukanc (Bohinj Zlatorog) bus station. Or you can get the one previous which is near the camping site on Bohinj Lake. It is about 45min ride.
From the bus stop you will see easily marked way that leads you to the beginning of the path towards Vogel. The first used cable car on Vogel from 1964 is displayed here. So you can't miss it :)
There is also a parking nearby the cable car station if you are coming with the car.
There are two options > you can start on foot to Vogel from the cable station and look for the marking sign (they can be little tricky to spot). Or you can take the cable car to the 1st Vogel (Orlova glava). The tickets and working times of the cable car are to be found here: http://www.vogel.si/summer/prices-and-info/timetable-and-opening-times
When going on foot you will follow to Zadnji Vogel markings, if you choose the cable car option - when you reach the upper platform you can follow the signs towards Šija and Vratca, as well as Vogel. The markings are a mix of pole markings going alongside the ski paths and dots or writings on the rocks.
For those going via cable car and then continuing to Orlova glava viewpoint : Once you passed the ski stations on the right you will see the path to "Bell of wishes" - it is a 5min ascent to it and the legend says if you make a wish and ring a bell, it will come true. So be sure not to miss it out :)
On the way up there is a viewpoint "Orlove glave" - nearby is a nice hut Kavka bar with overall decent prices. Make sure to order"Kiselo mleko s žganci" / sour milk with zganci (buckwheat) - it is a local poorsman dish and you can't get more traditional than that. Working hours and more info here http://www.vogel.si/summer/options/cuisine
Follow the markings towards Šija and then over Vratca peak where there is a beatiful 360 view of the Julijske Alpi (Julian Alps) hike to Vogel peak.
Vogel is also open in winter as a ski resort, too.
