Piz Boè (German: Boespitze) is with 3152 meters the highest mountain and only three thousand of the Sella Group in the Dolomites [wikipedia].
The starting point of the this route is - Passo Gardena. The trail from the parking to the start of the ferrata is fairly easy trail. Soon you will see a big waterfall on the right side, that's the entry point of the Tridentina via ferrata, also known as Via Ferrata Pisciadù. The technical difficulty of the via ferrata is grade C.
The ferrata goes in parallel to the waterfall, offering amazing views of the valley Corvana. After climbing the first part of the ferrata, you will arrive at a fork with a sign on the left side as "easy climb". However, if you want to continue the ferrata take the right turn there. Otherwise you will miss a nice little bridge ;-) where the ferrata ends.
Soon after the ferrata ends, you will arrive at the hut "Rifugio Franco Cavazza al Pisciadù" next to the lake "Lago Pisciadù". From the hut, there is steep climb till "Val di Tita". After that there is long flat walk to the hut "Rifugio Boè". From this hut the trail becomes again steep and in approx 1 hour you will arrive at the peak. There is a hut next to the peak "Rifugio Capanna Fassa". The views are just amazing from the top.
