ViaFerrata Level C (equipment and helmet required)
duration: 1,5 hours
length: 2,8 km
The climb has numerous footholds (stirrups, pins) and two emergency exits. Essentially, the altitude meters accumulate over a long, often damp transverse passage, which is why there are also some places to climb with on friction. Short and crisp the entry variant (D/E)!
Due to the short access time, the moderate difficulties and the two escape routes, the via ferrata is well suited for beginners, but also in unstable weather conditions you can leave the climb in time.
In wet conditions, the through-routed via ferrata is unpleasantly slippery on long stretches, which is why it is absolutely necessary to wait for two dry days, since the via ferrata is mostly in the shade due to its northwestern orientation and many trees. In spring / autumn this will hardly dry up at all!
