Splendid route starting from S.Bernardino village that takes us into the Val Vignun at the foot of the characteristic Pizzo Uccello

We head towards the S.Bernardino mineral water plant. At the end of the road, we cross the stream over a footbridge. We ascend into the Bosch di Pescion along the path to an altitude of 1780m. From this point, leave the path and continue along the hump that takes us into Val Vignun, following the summer trail. Still following the summer trail, continue the ascent to Motta de Caslasc, which dominates the Pian Grand. If you want to climb to the summit (2300m), you must pass the north-eastern slope.

To descend, turn to the east until reaching the watercourse. Continue across the Pian Grand, entering a small valley. Descend the valley following the stream to an altitude of 2140m. We then leave Val Vignun to begin the real descent. First, we descend in a westerly direction until we reach the summer path that takes us to the water reservoir just above the Bosch di Sciuch. From that point, descend in the direction of Acuforta to reach the small oratory and immediately afterwards the parish church. Not far away is the bus stop and car park.
