Route Information
The start along the shore of the Schwarzsee is absolutely picturesque. But after about 1.5 km at the Schwarzsee Bad, the route continues uphill. Past the Guglerenvorsass towards the Fuchses Schwyberg mountain hut (open Thurs to Sun).
Freshly strengthened, the last 50 meters of altitude await you to reach the 1620 meter high summit, which offers a clear view of the Sense area, the surrounding mountain peaks and the Schwarzsee.
The descent leads via Schwand and Salevorschis and Gassera towards Schwarzsee Gypsera. This is the best opportunity to cool off in the lake.
