This is an awesome summer adventure weekend! It involves the main sights of the Bohemian Paradise protected landscape area, and camping at a lovely campsite by a lake. The first day is 8.8 km (410 m ascent*), and the second is 16.8 km (640 m ascent*). On the first day, the hike takes in the ancient castle of Drábské světničky, and then the second day includes the interesting rock formations that the area is known for.

* calculated with Google Earth, Hiking Buddies seems to calculate it around 30% less.

Logistics: This is planned as a two-day hike, accessible by car. Cars should be left at either the start or the end, then the train should be taken either before or after the hike. The train costs 150 Kč, so 5.80 €, for a group ticket for 10 people, and runs every two hours, requiring a change in Turnov, taking just under an hour in total. To drive on the highway in Czechia, you will need a vignette, which costs 12.50 € (310 Kč), and the vignette can be bought at service stations before the border.
