Starting from Maria Gern, the route leads you up to the Stöhrhaus and returns via the scenic Scheibenkaser. Alternatively, the Almbachklamm offers another beautiful path. The ascent along the Stöhrweg is particularly rewarding, offering expansive views throughout the climb. Reaching the summit of the Berchtesgadener Hochthron promises a true mountaintop experience, with panoramic vistas all around. The Stöhrhaus, perched high on the mountain, is the perfect place to pause and enjoy a well-deserved snack on the sunny terrace. Altogether, this hike covers roughly 18 kilometers and over 1,000 meters of elevation gain a fulfilling challenge for mountain lovers.</p>
