Bärekopf (1991m) is the easternmost summit of Karwendel. Much smaller than the biggest peaks of Karwendel but still it stands alone as a summit and offers very nice views so I think it is totally worthy to climb its summit. Bärenkopf is the highest point of a secondary ridge of the Rappenspitze - Stanser Joch ridge, the easternmost subgroup of the Karwendel mountains. As said it is a great viewpoint with great views of Rofan, Karwendel and Achensee. The view of the Achensee is second to none!
