Rising between the Falzthurntal valley and the famous Eng, this stunning peak offers open views in all directions, with dramatic north faces of the Karwendel main chain dominating the eastern skyline.

🚶‍♂️ Hike Details:

• Physically demanding (T3 rating) – surefootedness & head for heights required

• ~1,300m elevation gain, ~20 km, moderate pace (400+ hm/h)

• No hut on the trail – bring your own food & water

• Start from Hagelhütten or Alpengasthof Eng

• Early start to avoid crowds and enjoy time after – possibly a lake swim or catch-up with friends

🎒 Essentials to Bring:

• Hiking boots with grip

• Food & at least 2L water (no food stops)

• Weather-appropriate layers + sun protection

• Rain jacket, first aid kit, ID (border area)

• GPX track/map downloaded

• Phone, cash, Alpenverein/mountain insurance (recommended)
