A round tour from parking lot Ochsenhütte (avoids the long walk from train station Griesen if you come by car) to Friederspitz sind Frieder with nice panoramic views. Ascent follows an easier path on the southeastern side (sunny in the morning), while descent can be done on the steeper and more difficult southern side to Friedergrieß (alternatively the same way as the ascent).
