Its time for the useless hike (Unnütz). We'll meet at Hbf at 6:45, Platform 29. From there we take the Bob to Tegernsee, then the bus 9550 to Achenkirch Fischerwirt. We'll reach here around 10 am and start the hike immediately. According to Deutsche Bahn website, Bayern Ticket works so that shouldn't be a problem. Worst case we'll have to pay a few extra Euros to the bus driver.

There will be snow, so previous deep snow hiking experience recommended. Pace will be on the faster side, since we cannot afford to miss the last bus at 17:34. 

Weather will most probably be sunny and cold, so the right gear is recommended.We'll get a beautiful view of Achensee. 
Crampons helpful, in case of icy conditions. 

Hike distance: 11.1 km (total)
Elevation gain: 1131 m
Pace: Fairly fast
Optional: Depending on snow conditions, we could spontaneously decide to do the ridge to Hochunnutz and descend from the north side. From pictures it looks difficult though. 
Food: The Hut Koegsalm is closed unnfortunately, so you need to carry your own food. 
What to bring: A good sense of humour, good shoes (hiking or trail running), crampons, warm clothing
Optional: Dip in Achensee or Tegernsee, time permitting. Get your swimming costumes if you wanna take a dip in a freezing lake to freshen up 
Last Bus: 17:35 from Achenkirch

And then there's the usual - stop at all intersections and everyone is responsible for their own safety.
