User provided description:

The Lidernen Trilogy is undoubtedly one of the most attractive alpine hikes (up to T4+) in the region. The contrast between lush alpine meadows and rugged limestone cliffs could hardly be greater, creating a striking landscape that is reminiscent of the Dolomites. From any perspective, the prominent Chaiserstock fully lives up to its name. Despite its steep rock faces, the summit is accessible to experienced alpine hikers.

The route leads across wide alpine pastures to the Chaisertor. Above the saddle, several steeper sections are overcome with easy scrambling, with fixed ropes and chains providing additional safety. The panoramic view from the highest point of the Lidernen range is extensive and impressive.

If combined with the ascent of the neighbouring peaks Fulen (T4-) and Rossstock (T3), the tour becomes a varied and demanding circuit known as the Lidernen Trilogy.

From both the north and the south, take the Axenstrasse to Sisikon.
In Sisikon, a mountain road branches off towards Riemenstalden.
At the end of the valley – after the village of Riemenstalden – you will find the parking area and the valley station of the small cable car.
Paid parking spaces are available.

By public transport:

This tour is not suitable for beginners. Experience in alpine hiking terrain is required.

This route is an alpine hike of up to T4+ difficulty and includes exposed sections as well as short scrambling passages. Surefootedness, a head for heights and good physical condition are essential.

Some steeper sections, particularly near the Chaisertor and on the ascent to Chaiserstock, require the use of hands. Fixed ropes and chains are installed but should not be relied upon as the only means of safety.

Rockfall is possible, especially in steep terrain or when other hikers are above you.

Bring enough water, food and appropriate clothing. A headlamp and basic emergency equipment are recommended in case of delays.
