Lengthy but rewarding tour, mostly grassy slopes (alm), with some rocks at the top of Brecherspitz. This tour is not recommended for people afraid of heights.
There are plenty of variations of this tour - the one drawn follows the winter way. There is usually an option to stay at Bodenschneidhaus (and make it 2-day tour) or cut the way short from Bodenschneidhaus and come down to Fischhausen-Neuhaus without Brecherspitz. Other alternatives include coming down to Spitzingsattel.
As grass can be slippery when wet, hiking poles are recommended for this tour.
