We started our trail run today on 30 May in Schliersee. In the last three days, it has rained a lot in Schliersee-Tegernsee area, therefore the Schliersee was in a flood as you can see in the picture. Around Schliersee was full of water, we have tried to detour from another side of the lake but it didn't help that much.

After the lake, we struggled to get to the first hut (Gindelalm) because the trail was so muddy, some falling trees and it was so slippery. We were lucky to ascent from this part, though. Descending with this condition will surely have brought some problem.

From Gindelalm we continued to Neureuth-Haus and then to Galaun (Berggasthaus Riederstein am Galaun, this hut was open) and the path was so dried, so we did not get any problem at all. From Neureuth-Haus to Galaun there was steep part and a small path. After reaching Galaun you could enjoy your food with a great view of Wallberg.

After Galaun we need to descent again and continue the route to Fischhausen. If you want to have more elevation gain you surely can extend the run to Baumgartenschneid. But please inform yourself about the trail to Baumgartenschneid, it is rated as T3 you should not run fast.

The Descending to Neuhausen was perfect, the trail was completely dry and signed. On the right side of the trail, you will see the river and the nice ridge of another mountain (as far as I know it belongs to Bodenschneid).

In general, you have a great view during the run. I personally would love to repeat this event in future.. :)
