He does his research well prior to hikes (not hindered by bystanders’ opinion when it comes to the routes/peaks!💥) & always test d waters before allowing the team to carry on. Adventurous yet cautious leader. (What he does on his solo hikes is another story!🤪)

I was not at my level best (sniffles… & mountain air always clears my sinus) but Frank was very patient/supportive throughout d hike. I truly admire his resilience & perseverance. W/o his determination, I don’t think I would have pushed myself to hit Säuling. Gr8ful, as always!

Top notch organizer✨ Our morning train was delayed by almost an hour😰 but Frank managed to still complete d activities in our itinerary plus a most chillaxing afternoon at d ice camp. Bus runs from d Maiskogelbahn station were unreliable but we still made it back to Munich as scheduled. Superb organization/timing, as always.✨
