The Schildenstein (1613m) is a classic among the Bavarian Prealps. The descent takes place via the Königsalm, which is only open in summer, via a promising and fairly easy path. Overall, a great, worthwhile circular hike near Lake Tegernsee, which is very popular. All paths are very well signposted.
I'm expecting a hell of a lot of snow. Please only take part if you are really confident about the length and hours of hiking in deep snow.
