Good mood, but should have been better prepared as an organizer:
-no whatsapp group created, a participant had to do it.
-proposed lunch in a hut, which we reached only at 4pm.
-hadn't the hike trace, only a map, leading to a wrong route 3 times.
-decided to change the route on the way back, without proper communication so 1 participant followed the original trace and was left alone.
